The South Carolina Commission on Higher Education granted an exemption from licensing for South Carolina Central Christian College. The South Carolina Commission on Higher Education is the licensing authority for private postsecondary education under the provisions of Chapter 58 of Title 59, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended (Nonpublic Postsecondary Institution License Act) and Chapter 62, Commission on Higher Education Regulations.
