South Carolina Central Christian College does not provide on-campus housing; however, we have a partnership option in the community for housing. We will be staying at

If you need an apartment you need to do the following:

 Select your roommates ---you will need to know their names for the application

o Email your Acceptance Letter to Smiller@livetheradley.com
o Subject Line : SCCCC Student Attention- Sara Miller

 Go to www.livetheradley.com
 Go "Apply Now" in the top right corner
 Set up an account
 Complete the Radley Application

o There is no application fee or deposit- Promo Code: MVP25
o Early move-ins must be pre-approved.
o Parking Permits will be required for all residents.

Student Monthly Fees

 $515.00 per person each month
 The utility bill will be shared among roommates, with the total amount divided by the number of individuals residing in the household. Upon approval, you will gain access to the Unity portal, where you will be able to process your monthly utility payments.

Student Acceptance Letters

If you have not yet received your Acceptance Letter for Fall 2026, kindly send me an email at your earliest convenience to inform me. To receive our college discount, you must have your acceptance letter.
